Personal Training
Strength, Conditioning & Confidence
Build strength. Improve movement. Feel stronger in your body — in the comfort of your own home.
Personal training that comes to you
There’s no busy gym, intimidating environment or need to feel self-conscious. I bring the equipment to your home and create a personalised session around you, your body and your goals.
Whether you're returning to exercise after an injury, managing a health condition, or simply want to become stronger and fitter, sessions are tailored to help you progress safely and confidently.
My approach combines strength and conditioning with a strong focus on technique, core strength and quality of movement. Rather than rushing through exercises or lifting as heavy as possible, we'll focus on understanding how your body moves and building strength gradually.

Stronger, without the pressure
Training from home can make exercise feel more comfortable, accessible and achievable. Sessions are completely individual, with exercises adapted around your needs, abilities and experience.
Sessions can help you to:
- Build functional strength and core stability
- Improve balance, mobility and movement control
- Develop fitness and conditioning
- Improve confidence with resistance training
- Return to exercise following injury or a period of inactivity
- Build a stronger, more capable body for everyday life and the activities you enjoy
Personal training, wherever you are
All you need is a little space and a willingness to get started.
Every session is individual, and technique and control always come first. My goal is not simply to make you work harder — it's to help you move better, understand your body and become stronger in a way that feels safe, sustainable and achievable.
